This is not a marketing program. FemBot sends transactional household coordination messages only to authorized household members and caregivers who have opted in.

How to opt in
FemBot messaging is available only to authorized household members and caregivers who affirmatively agree to receive SMS messages. Before a mobile number is enrolled, an authorized FemBot household administrator explains the messaging program and obtains the recipient's consent.
Verbal opt-in script
This section is the public proof of the exact customer-facing verbal consent script. During a live, one-to-one in-person or telephone household onboarding conversation, the FemLabs37/FemBot administrator asks:
“Would you like to receive recurring transactional text messages from FemBot by FemLabs37 about household schedules, reminders, tasks, transportation, appointments, service updates, and related household coordination? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe and HELP for help. You can review our Terms at https://femlabs37.com/terms and Privacy Policy at https://femlabs37.com/privacy. Please answer yes or no.”
The recipient must affirmatively say yes before enrollment. Consent is recorded by the household administrator before recurring messages are enabled.
The website documents the opt-in process; it does not collect consent.
Enrollment confirmation
After an affirmative yes is recorded and before recurring household coordination messages begin, the household administrator sends this confirmation:
“FemBot by FemLabs37: You are enrolled in recurring transactional household coordination messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Terms: https://femlabs37.com/terms Privacy: https://femlabs37.com/privacy”
Opt out and help
STOP
Users can reply STOP to discontinue SMS messages. After opting out, a number will not receive further non-required FemBot SMS messages unless the user later opts in again.
