This policy describes how FemLabs37 handles information in connection with the FemBot household coordination service and the public FemLabs37 website.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how FemBot is configured and used, we may collect:
- names, mobile phone numbers, and email addresses;
- household-member information supplied by authorized users;
- calendar and scheduling information;
- task and reminder information;
- messages sent to or from FemBot;
- service configuration; and
- basic technical and security logs.
This public website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising technology, or tracking pixels.
3. How information is used
We may use information to provide FemBot services; deliver household schedules and notifications; respond to user requests; coordinate tasks and reminders; operate and secure the service; troubleshoot problems; prevent abuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. SMS and mobile information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers strictly as necessary to operate the messaging service, deliver messages, secure the service, or provide infrastructure. Such service-provider processing does not authorize those providers to use SMS consent information for their own marketing.

5. Information sharing
Personal information may be provided to infrastructure and service providers only as reasonably necessary to provide, protect, and support the service and subject to appropriate use restrictions. Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet operational and security requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is held.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Household users
FemBot is intended to be administered by authorized household administrators. Administrators are responsible for adding appropriate household members and caregivers and managing their access.
9. Third-party services
External communications, calendar, hosting, and infrastructure providers may process limited information as needed to provide their functionality. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
